Arkadin, a NTT Communications company and player in the cloud unified communications and collaboration services space, announced this week that it has received two awards for its new digital meeting space, Arkadin Vision. The solution connects audio, Web and video for a unified meeting experience across diverse endpoints for more productive virtual meetings.
Arkadin Vision enables clients to operate in a digitally connected workplace, allowing them to collaborate easily no matter where individual employees are located. Over 50,000 businesses have utilized Arkadin’s audio/Web/video conferencing and UC services. So, it should come as no surprise that the company has recently received multiple awards.
The first company that recognized Arkadin for its conferencing excellence was TMC. TMC recognized Arkadin with the 2017 Communications Solutions Products of the Year award. Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC, commented on the company’s choice by saying, “Congratulations to Arkadin for being honored with a Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award. Next up, Arkadin received the Gold ‘Best-in-Biz International’ Award for Best New Product Feature of the Year. This award was given out in response to the effectiveness of Arkadin’s newly released SmartStart solution. SmartStart is an end-user onboarding portal that is supposed to facilitate user adoption. The new tool is designed for the digital workplace and aims to get users up and running quickly and efficiently. The ultimate goal here is to help employees in achieving high levels of productivity and ROI.
What makes SmartStart so special, according to the announcement, is that “no other company in the UC space uses a tool of this kind to drive customer adoption of services in such a quick and efficient manner. The multi-channel onboarding tool also addresses the growing trend for customer self-care by giving customers all they need in one easily accessible place.”
